We picked the flavors

of our cake. The top layer is made from, Creme de Cacao cake, Creme custard and Gamache fillings, it's VERY delicious. The middle layer will be made of White Chocolate completely, cake and filling. Then the third cake, the bottom portion will be Marble Irish Creme for the cake part and the filling to be Amaretto Hazelnut!!!!

I sooo can't wait!! So the design. There will be three tiers. It will all be white and on each layer of cake will be a black 2" ribbon running across the middle of the layers and then pink gerbera daisies. Three daisies on top, one on the middle layer then two on each side of the bottom. It is going to be very beautiful and YUMMY!

The flower girl dresses

This is Mia's and Miranda's dress. I won't put it on Miranda yet, because it's a bit big, but I put Mia in hers just a few minutes ago to show you all what it looks like. I love it!!

I stopped by today

To sign the contract. I put the deposit down on Monday. I had to have them make some changes to our final contract to be sure nothing gets muffled later, as I was there, I took pictures of the hall as it is at the moment and will be when we start to set up.

Changes!

I went today to San Jose to pick out lace for my dress. My mother in law is going to add lace going from the bottom of my boobs over my shoulders and behind me and then it will be the addition to the train, it is stunning! The lace e picked!!!

It looks MUCH better in person!! I will take a photo of it when the lace comes in. It should be arriving in 4-6 wks.

Our reception site

This is where we got our reception booked. Our church is on the same property. The court yard connects the two. I am so excited. We first looked at this hall a long time ago but because of the price, we thought this was impossible. Until we stated getting quotes from everywhere else. I think it's all the same except now, we don't have to get a limo and that helps the cost of the wedding all together.

Gabe and I went shopping last night. We bought our invitations and our center pieces. I just have to get the Gerbera Daisies for the center pieces, I will have silk ones shipped to me soon.

I have to do our save the dates, I have to find out when those should be sent. That I have no idea on lol

Re-evaluating Things...

Well, tons has happened since my last post. The wedding plans are being changed at the last minute. Everything from reception destination to bridal party. Exciting changes though, so that's the great thing! Next week, we are meeting two different vendors for a place to hold our wedding reception. I am so excited! Bigger bang for our buck! I will update as soon as we know for sure and place a deposit.
